Do the extra pickets change the look of the fence?
Only at the bottom. Above the puppy section, the fence looks like a standard aluminum picket fence.
Do I need puppy pickets for a large dog?
Usually not. Standard picket spacing keeps most larger dogs in. Puppy pickets are for small dogs that could fit between regular pickets.
Does aluminum need painting?
No. Aluminum doesn't rust, and the powder-coated finish protects it and holds its color through Chicagoland winters.
