A plan in detail showing intended work and plat of survey is to accompany this application. Please indicate on the plat of survey the location of the proposed fence.
PER SECTION 18-14 OF THE VILLAGE CODE, THE GOOD SIDE OF THE FENCE MUST FACE THE NEIGHBOR’S PROPERTY UNLESS THE NEIGHBOR HAS GIVEN WRITTEN PERMISSION STATING OTHERWISE.
If trees are removed for fence installation in the front or side yard setback, an Application for a Tree Permit must be completed. Northfield Fence Installation Permit Process
